Examples of Awe Inspiring Web Design

Because so much business is done online these days, having a well-designed website is no longer just an afterthought - it's an absolute must. Via Website Magazine, DJ Miller shares with us gorgeously designed websites from various businesses that are sure to inspire if you're working on designing your own business website through Anazana.

My favorite out of the sites mentioned by DJ Miller is the Mea Cuppa website because of it's eye catching graphic on the homepage and simple design. When visitors come to your website, they should be able to know right away what type of business you are and what you do.

In my own experience of browsing the Internet and designing my blogs and personal websites, I've been inspired by websites that are:

Simple and clean - You don't want to overwhelm your visitors with too much content on one page. A cluttered website will make it hard for visitors to navigate and find what they're looking for. Less is always more in website design.

Colorful - This doesn't mean to use every color in the rainbow, but to have a color scheme that is visually attractive and eye-catching. A nice standard is to use 1-3 colors and have just one color be the dominant color. Here's an infographic that outlines color psychology in web design.

Did you know that Anazana not only has a DIY site builder, but they have a team of professional web designers who can help turn your website dream into reality if you don't have the time or just don't want to do it all yourself? Contact me: maria.palma [at] anazana.com for more information.
