Picture Bug

Pictures on the websites and background pictures disappeared.

A recent bug made it impossible to upload pictures and background images. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. Someone contacted our support team about this issue, and we had it repaired within hours. Bugs are a common aspect of all programs, and if you find one, please contact support and explain in detail what the issue is, what OS you are using, what browser you are using, and when you first noticed the bug. We thank you for helping us to keep anaZana in tip-top working order!

To report a bug:

1) Login to anaZana.

2) Click on Support. 

3) Try to search for the issue, to see if it has already been reported.

4) Explore the clickable buttons, Websites, Email, Domains, etc. for a specific issue: it may have already been addressed, and is not really a "bug" at all. :)

5) Finally, click on "Write to Support". Our team makes every effort to get back to you ASAP. 

6) There is an opportunity to upload a screenshot of your issue. A picture says a thousand words, and what may be unclear becomes clear with a screenshot of your issue. To take a screenshot, press the Fn key and the Prt Sc key at the same time. Open any image program, and paste the image in a jpeg.

Google offers a custom search engine for your site, for a price. It starts at $100 for 20,000 searches a year, if memory serves correct.
